Omicron Machine Tools has launched a new line of Centre-less Grinding Machines that represents over 45 year of experience in developing n manufacturing the finest and most precise centre-less grinders. Outstanding improvements have been incorporated in the new machine to maintain accuracy and operators’ convenience, for example, outboard support bearing for regulating wheel (20-10 model) without deflection regards of grinding load and ergonomic design of machine. Other features include: Greater precision and production including hydrodynamic filmatic type grinding wheel spindle and anti-friction ballscrew for feeding, improved regulating wheel head design, improved wheel turning device, and rigid construction of machine and many other benefit which make grinding problems easier to solve.
