Busbars

Busbars for carrying electrical power are extensively needed in control panels, distribution panels and instrument panels. These are generally made out of electrolytic copper or aluminium.

Size of the bars used range from a high of 150 x 12 thick to a low of 50 x 6 thickness.

The raw materials have to be croped, punched and bent to individual requirement, before being assembled in to a panel.

Unipunch offers a machine tool to do the above operations.

Three operators can work at the same time to enhance production. The machine gives a clean cut, holes without burrs and bends without cracks.
