Salient features: super enamelled; cost effective; lighter in weight; higher heat resistance; temperature class – 180°C; suitable for high speed automated winding; high break down voltage; reduces production cost; polyurethane/polyester coated (enamelled); hard oxide coated; can be directly soldered; and easy to handle. These wires are imported from one of the leading manufacturers having state-of-the-art manufacturing company in China. They are user-friendly and easier to handle, 3 times lighter than that of copper due to which the production and handling cost can be decreased greatly. It can be used in applications demanding light material with high electricity conductivity and good heat dissipation properties. Especially ideal for household appliances, degaussing coil, high frequency transformer, general transformers, electric motors, etc. Have excellent insulation properties as the enamel coating is done with polyurethane/polyester and coating with hard oxide lm coating on the surface, thus making it easier to handle. Technical data: temperature levels (heat resistance grades) – 130°C (B level)/155°C (F level)/180°C (H level); reference standards – NEMA MW 1000 – 1997, IEC – 60317, JIS – 3202; and quality standards – QA (LUEWER) 155°C polyurethane enamelled aluminium round wire (pass UL), and QZ (LPEWH) 180°C polyester enamelled aluminium round wire (pass UL).
