Wire Stripper

Superb Products offers Wire Stripper. This is a hand held tool, and it operates on 230 V AC mains and is provided with continuously variable power controller. The hand held unit consists of spring controlled stripping jaws. On this, heating elements are located at the front. Wire length to be stripped can be adjusted by loosening the wire depth adjustment screw and moving the adjustment strip to required length of wire to be stripped. Different types of heating elements are to be used depending on the diameter of the wire to be stripped. Two models are available: PVC 001 is to be used for stripping of PVC covered wires and TWS 002 is to be used for stripping of Teflon covered wires, where higher cutting temperature in the range of 400ºC to 500ºC are required. The heat control knob located at the front of power supply unit can to be adjusted depending on wire diameter to be stripped. This is a handy tool for wire stripping applications without damaging inner conductors.
