Hot Melt Glue Gun

Pammvi introduces a state-of-the-art hot melt glue gun, Gluematic 5000, for all types of sealing, fixing, attaching and sticking applications. These guns are manufactured by Steinel, Germany. Hot melt adhesives are applied in molten stage and once the adhesive cools and solidifies, the joint is complete. Hot melts require no energy for drying or mixing and they set very quickly with an open time of five seconds to eight minutes depending upon glue material and the material on which glue is being applied. This hot melt application eliminates the need of clamps or fixture and offers tong term durability, resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, temperature extremes, etc. The hot melts are non toxic and 100% usable and reduce waste disposal and worker safety concerns unlike solvent and water based adhesives. Applications include carton sealing, fixing in arts and crafts, packaging, foam inserts and fabricating, fabrication, furniture assembly, ceramic fixing, product assembly, toys assembly, auto seat repair, cable wire laying, etc.
