Contraction Chuck

Otto Bilz (India) offers a Contraction Chuck, AllGrip. It clamps almost any diametric tolerance. The standard contraction chucks is designed for tools with shaft tolerances between h6 and h4. It cannot be used to clamp tools reliably, if the shaft tolerance is g6. With the aid of contraction clamping tongs, this chuck can clamp tool shafts in all the available shaft tolerances with the same, defined clamping force and optimum true running, over a range of diameters from 3 to 25 mm.
