Surface Grinder

Imperial Products of India, has introduced a new product, a very precision surface grinder (manual and horizontal), in various models with graded and seasoned castings. All rotating parts, especially the spindle, are dynamically balanced. The spindle is fitted with angular contact grease packed FAG/RHP preloaded bearings and the machine is also fitted with high power magnetic chuck of a reputed make. All alignments are built to the desired accuracy of surface grinding machine as per BIS standards and once set, remain the same throghout its life. It is a maintenance free machine. Ground surface of the job will be free from grinding cracks and chattering.
