The scope of supply for the standard machine is made in such a way that without any other extra accessory, the customer can run the machine after installation and commissioning. The high quality close pole chuck with variable magnetism power and demagnetiser comes along with the machine. Wet grinding facility is also standardised along with the machine. One single point dresser along with a grinding wheel and a flange is supplied along with machine as standard accessories. Even such a small surface grinding machine is also empowered with the structure of column moving, which helps to get better accuracy year after year. The longitudinal movement is hydraulic driven and the speed can be controlled within a range of 0~28m/min. The cross movement is on the column and it is driven by ball screw and induction motor with frequency inverter. The length of cross stroke can be adjusted with the help of twin dogs and limit switches. The vertical movement is on the spindle and it is driven by ball-screw and servomotor. It is fully programmable. The operating system is very customer friendly. MPG is also provided as a standard feature and the least movement is 0.001 mm. The spindle is assembled with great care in a closed environment. It is always within 0.002 mm run-out. The unique design with two pairs of high precision imported bearings ensures the rigidity and the accuracy. The table size starts from 300 x 600 mm to 700 x 1500 mm for reciprocating table and dia.400 to 1000 mm for rotary table. Both NC and CNC systems are available with the machine. The machine can be customised also.
