Korber Schleifring GmbH offers Mägerle 5 axes CD-Grinding Centre with automatic grinding wheel and tool changer. The MFP-TC in a minor modified configuration, based on modular components proven for years, insuring precision, flexibility and the highest performance, as does the entire range of Mägerle products.

- Roll dresser – 2 axes overhead (Y and Z axes)

- Tool changer – for up to 30 grinding wheels or tools (diameter dependent)
- The machine is equipped with our proven overhead mounted 2- axes
- CD diamond roll dresser with horizontal and vertical NC axis for the accommodation of several diamond rolls with various profiles for CD or non CD as well as for CNC dressing with a disc
- The grinding wheels with the different profiles are always on the same spindle position
- An additional feature is the integrated automatic wheel/tool changer, depending on the diameter, capable of accommodating from 10 up to 30 conventional grinding wheels, plated or ceramic bounded CBN wheels as well as milling and drilling tools
