The Belt Driven Internal Grinding Spindles are used for grinding small/medium/large bores and tracks, with technical know-how from GMN, Germany. These are available with ceramic ball bearings for higher RPM and longer life. No oil-mist lubrication, saves cost of oil-mist lubricator plus recurring cost of oil and air; reliability of operation with grease lubrication; and reduced wear, more rigidity, less friction operating temperatures.
Spindles are fitted with GMN super precision fibre cage angular contact bearings with life time grease lubrication and are preloaded by springs; all rotating parts are dynamically balanced; shafts and arbors are having ground threads; and maximum run-out accuracy on locating tapers is 0.003 mm.
