Model OXY 200 is a heavy-duty portable flame cutting machine. This is ideal for straight line or circular cuts up to 200 mm thickness, and bevel cuts up to 45?. Internally fibre glass lined body houses the fibre glass insulated circuit. The machine has dynamically balanced armature for ultra smooth drive, can cut circles up to 1200 mm diameters, features strong and solid construction for longer life, and precise control and proven performance. The body of the carriage unit is of thick gauge pressed steel, and is painted by a special treatment. The drive consists of a high performance universal type 1/20 HP, AC/DC motor for 220/240 V, 50 Hz of electric supply. The motor is mounted with a compact gearbox of ratio 1:576. The control circuit is also fibre glass insulated. The speed can be varied from 30 mm/min to 500 mm/min. Specially designed heavy-duty injector type cutting torch works on oxygen and acetylene/LPG with appropriate nozzles. The circle cutting attachment consists of a radius bar, and weight block with a centre. It can be fixed from either side of the machine.
