Chaff Cutter Machine

Chaudhary brand chaff-cutter comes in two basic designs, i.e., the ball bearing type incorporating two anti-friction bearings size 6206 and 6205 or the ordinary version with a cast iron bush (without bearings). The rising mouth has two different types of tensioners, both equally efficient and available in either the ball bearing or ordinary version. The Taj type incorporates two overhead springs and the side spring version incorporates one high tension side spring. Both the chaff-cutter heads are mounted on strong steel legs with forged feet. The rising mouth is 8.25?, with two feeding rollers, which are driven by a warm and two gears that are cast from machined patterns enabling smooth operation and reducing excessive friction. Optional: the worm and gears can be neatly covered by an oil box and cover for greater efficiency and longer life.
