Vacuum Double Planetary Mixer

Traxit offers Vacuum Double Planetary Mixer. It has been specially designed for mixing battery paste though it can be used for other applications. In fact it provides the modern industry with unlimited possibilities of application for the processing of fully homogenous mixes of medium to high viscosity pastes.

Advantages over Sigma Mixers

• No seals in the mixing zone whereas in the sigma mixer there are 4 seals (at the shaft entry points)
• The container being circular in section, providing top closure is easy and hence making it Vacuum Compatible is simple and maintenance free.
• The mixing elements rotate around them selves and also traverse along the container thereby the amount of product handled at any given time is less and hence the power required is comparatively less, without effecting the mixing quality and time. Also dead zone is eliminated.
• The mixing vessel can be removed from the mixing zone and hence cleaning the vessel as well as the mixing elements, is very easy, thereby eliminating any inter batch contamination.
