Granules making plant consist of single screw extruder having one specially designed screw made of ENB-41 alloy steel duly chrome & polish for the smooth flow of material and one barrel of specially selected high tensile ENB-41alloy duly nitrated for longer life, ground and honed and fitted with a suitable drive motor, hopper, die & nozzle, one stainless steel head, one water cooling Bath, take- off unit, heater, one temperature controller cabinet.
