Biscuit Cooling Conveyor is required to handle and cool the biscuits naturally under ambient temperature in an economical way without using any artificial air, etc.
- The cooling conveyors are designed according to the ambient temperature and space available after oven; it may be in multiple tiers and turns to save the space in the factory It is PLC controlled with VFD and HMI displays, with a fully automatic, auto-pneumatic web tracking control system and comes in a size range of between 800mm and 2000mm wide,
- The conveyors can be supplied with ‘U’ and ‘L’ type turn tables for efficient space utilisation; the biscuits are cooled from top and bottom sides by turning on each tier without disturbing their individual lanes coming out of the oven.
