Friends Auto Industries manufactures graded engine valve guides from alloy cast iron for all American, European, Indian, Japanese and Korean made light vehicles, heavy trucks and tractors.Also available are: Engine valves made from high grade alloy steel and processed at highly precision CNC machines, tappet end face hardness up to 48 52 HRC; Push rods made from high tensile alloy steel round bars for all engines, having hardness up to 50 55 HRC for both tappet end and rocker lever end; Bolts/hub bolts manufactured with hexagonal head or socket head having range M6 M25, grade 5.6/8. 8/10.9 and thread - F3SW /BSF/UNC/UNF; bolts can be manufactured indifferent shapes and sizes for various heads as per samples or drawings; and Studs manufactured as per following specifications: range M6 M25, threads 8.8 10.9 or stainless steel, and length as per requirement. These items can be manufactured in accordance with the buyers" specifications\samples or drawings.
