Automotive Valves, an ISO/TS 16949: 2002 certified company, is a manufacturer of automotive engine valves. The product range comprises inlet and exhaust engine valves for automobiles, tractors, marine and stationary engines. Marketed under the brand name of Gratco, the valves have a stem diameter of between 5 mm and 13 mm; head diameter of between 20 mm and 60 mm; and overall length of between 60 mm and 225 mm. Catering to the OEMs as well as the aftermarket in India as well as the foreign markets, the characteristics of valves include tufftrided (nitrided), chromed, hard-faced (stellited), and bi-metal valves. The products are made by the company at its well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure, laying high emphasis on quality. Meeting international quality standards, every valve produced by the company is subjected to rigorous inspections. One of the few companies in India to offer valves with chrome plated stem for tractor engine application, quality is in-built into the manufacturing system to ensure reliability.
