Pulse Jet Dust Collectors are used for removing dry particles from process and general ventilation air. They are also used for the recovery of product from many other manufacturing processes.
Working Principle:
Polluted (dust laden) air enters in the housing and passes through filter elements. Dust remains outside of element and air is sucked by suction blower and released to the atmosphere. Cleaning cycle starts through pressure periodic and momentary jet in reverse direction in filter elements cause all of dust from filter surface for collection. Timing is controlled by electronic sequence timer and pneumatic valve is provided for the efficient continuous flow from dust collector.
Pulse Jet Dust Collectors find application in wide variety of process equipments for chemical dyes, cement, pharmaceutical, pigments fertilizers, petrochemicals, thermal stations and other industries for various dust emitting.
