Air pollution control systems are custom designed systems to suit various indutries. Luftech Systems is a technocrat-run organisation that offers complete services from concept to commissioning. The equipment designed and manufactured in-house includes: Scrubbers - packed bed type and perforated plate type, in FRP/PP+FRP/MS/SS for corrosive acids and non corrosive gases; Dust Collectors - fabric filters with pulsejet cleaning or mechanical shaking, modular dust collectors with motorised cleaning, cyclones etc; Centrifugal Blowers in PP+FRP, FRP/SS/MS, aluminium, etc; and Axial Fans in aluminium construction for all applications. Other products include: fume exhaust systems for acids like hydrochloric, sulphuric, etc, and melting furnaces smoke; dust extraction systems for air borne dust of talc, food, coal, asbestos, foundry sand, etc, ventilation systems for DG sets, compressors (in cement plants), comfort ventilation as per Indian and international standards for occupational safety, kitchen ventilation and textile humidification.
