Tech-Mech Engineering Co offers a range of Submersible Motors.

This includes the following models:

• 4” – MCIP 100/100.5/101 and Pre/100/100.5/101 (resign cooled)
• 6” – MATA SF C-150, SML-150
• 8” – MATA SF C 200, SML-200
• 10” – MATA SF C 10

Standards:

• Protection – IP 68; PE2/PE winding insulation for max ambient temperature
• Non-contaminating FES 93 filling
• NEMA standard coupling dimensions
• Lead material in accordance with regulation for drinking water

Materials of construction: These motors are built in CI-FG-260/SS AISI 304, SS AISI 316, etc.

Bore dia and power/phase/voltage range:

• 4" motors, single-phase up to 5.5/4.0 HP/kW (encapsulated and rewindable)
• 4" motors, three-phase up to 15.0/11.0 HP/kW (encapsulated and rewindable)
• 6" motors, three-phase up to 3.0-50.0/2.2-37.0 HP/kW (rewindable)
• 8" motors, three-phase up to 40.0-125/37-93.0 HP/kW (rewindable)
• Lead material in accordance with regulation for drinking water
• 10” motors, three-phase up to 116.0-252/85-185 HP/kW (rewindable)

Shaft seal/mechanical seal:
The choice of material is SiC/SiC provides optimum wear resistance and long life. The spring loaded shaft seal is designed with larger surface area and sand shield. The result is a minimum exchange of pumped motor liquids and no penetration of particles and sand.
