Litton Systems offers Silencer Series motors. They use bonded rare earth magnets in an aluminium housing to achieve torque outputs for 2.4 to 519 inch-oz, and attain, speeds up to 20,000 RPM. Diameters range from 1.2"o 4.0", and lengths from 1.3"to 5.0". Yielding quiet, efficient, and reliable operation, these motors can help reduce noise in medical equipment, data retrieval equipment, materials handling, and special pumps and blowers.
