The AC Induction Motor is constructed in die cast aluminium of sturdy and non-vibrating design. This motor is provided with dust proof as per international standards. The shaft is made out of EN-8 steel/SS and ground to accurate dimensions. Rotor is die cast and dynamically balanced stator core pack is built from low loss electrical grade steel lamination. Winding is made with super polyester enamel wires tested on surge comparison tester, and impregnated with thermosetting varnishes. The company also offers multi-purpose hoist and crane motors; low voltage motors for chemical industries; geared, high reversal, low vibration and variable speed motors with in-built tacho-generator.
Coat of epoxy for extra protection; insulation "F & H" motors of single phase three phase tested for insulation; high voltage and winding resistance; constituent parts are provided with a dust proof paint and then motor are painted with stone enamel paint; voltage range 220 to 660 V; speed 750 to 3000 rpm and the power from 03+03 HP, 0.02 to 2 kW; and mounting is either flange or foot mounted or foot cum flange mounted.
