Thyristor DC drives

Electroquip offers thyristor DC drives, Model TDR 72 (size: 72 x 72 x 110 mm) and Model TDR 96 (size: 96 x 96 x 110 mm). These are suitable for speed control of 1/16 HP to 1 HP PMDC/ shunt motors. These are front panel mounting type, housed in ABS plastic enclosure with extra air ventilators and sturdy mechanism inside. Front panel consists of an On Off switch, speed pot, power On indicator and motor on cum overload indicator. Power connectors with easily replaceable fuses are on backside. The design gives a guaranteed motor overload protection - built-in RC network protects SCRs against heavy power fluctuations and noise; remote On Off feature can be effectively used for frequent start stops; both are available with digital readouts to show RPM/volts; and For-Rev Inch Dynamic braking or any other non standard application with other logics can be made optional with total technical support.
