Softlog offers Drives, BDS15. Its main characteristics are: closed-loop integrated system with speed and torque control mode; scale factor that can be set by the user on both analogue and frequency inputs and on the repetition of the encoder signal; PNP/ NPN/ differential frequency interface, with digital filter that can be configured by the user for noise immunity; integrated management of over travel signals; built-in fully automatic notch filter to remove the system"s resonance frequency; control with analogue signal (proportional to speed or torque); optically coupled digital control I/ O, 3 inputs and 2 outputs with user-defined functions; external regenerative resistor provided with sensing for maximum temperature alarm (optional); 200 V AC to 230 V AC power supply [+10%; -15%]; single-phase or three-phase (can be set by operator); power sections kept separated for logic/ signal and power electronics; built-in protection circuits against any overload, input over voltage and any motor connection error (wrong encoder wiring, phase-phase and phase-ground short-circuit); and dynamic braking circuit activated when the power section is not powered or in case of alarm. Specifications: maximum current - 15 A (30 A); motor output stage IGBT PWM control (trapezoidal current); power supply - single phase or three phase from 200 V AC to 230 V AC; control mode - position, speed, torque; dimensions - 50 x 168 x 130 mm (70 x 168 x 130 mm); and mass - 1.5 kg (2.0 kg).
