DC DRIVES

Integrated Drive Systems has supplied a range of variable speed DC drives for textiles, jute, paper and other process industries. The drives with solid state SCRs for single multi motor application are available in single and three phase versions for half and full control in capacities ranging from 0.5 HP to 500 HP. The company has supplied drives for single and multi motor synchronisation application tailored to customer"s needs. It also undertakes electromechanical jobs to replace old PIV and hydraulic drives on indigenous and imported machines. The drive modules are readily available up to 5 HP for 220 V DC motors. These have start/stop facility, soft start built-in electronic field failure overload and over temperature protections with LED indications, plus armature voltage/tacho feedback provision. For low voltage - 24/36/48 V DC motors and welding sets, high frequency PWM controls having very fast response and high efficiency are available.
