Mini Turbine Vibrator (Pneumatic) Dual Mount

San Air Tools have added a mini vibrator (pneumatic) to their existing range of pneumatic power tools. These vibrators are simple in construction, silent in operation and need no lubrication. These find applications in food and pharmaceutical industries, powder filling machines, packing lines, sieving and vibrating tables. The vibration frequency can be varied with air control. At 20 PSI air pressure the vibrator develops 16000 VPM and consumes only 2 cfm of air, and at 60 PSI air pressure the unit develops 23000 VPM and consumes 6 cfm of air. The force developed at 60 PSI is 25 kgf and is suitable for hopper capacity of 250 kg. The frequency and force will decrease on less rigid mount. These vibrators have been designed for small to medium amount of vibrations in laboratory equipment, small hoppers and feeders. These are available in aluminimum or SG iron variations.
