Pathak Industries (Kol) offers an All Geared Shaping Machine. Construction highlights: the machine comes with geared drive having suitable gearbox for easy selection of the number of strokes required for different materials; all castings are suitably ribbed to withstand shock loads; gears are made on high precision gear shaper and tooth rounded for easy sliding; the close grained, CI castings conform to IS: 210 and ensure long life of the machine; all alignments conform to IS: 2310-1989; and all components used are inspected and approved by qualified and experienced engineers at every stage. Standard accessories: auto lubrication of ram guideways, crank and gears; suitable electric motor confirming to IS-325; switching equipment; control panel with inching arrangement; swivelling base machine vice; and oil can. Accessories extra cost: auto vertical feed to cross slide; keyway cutting attachment; swivelling table instead of fixed table; machine light with suitable transformer; automatic tool lifting attachment; auto vertical feed to tool slide; and rapid traverse to table in both directions. Pathak Industries (Kol), formed as a separate unit in the year 2012 from its mother organisation, an SSI Unit incorporated in 1979 as a manufacturer and dealer of machine tools. The company has manufacturing units equipped with modern machineries one each at Ludhiana (Punjab) and Howrah (West Bengal), and a sister company, Hipat Machine Tools, active in Odisha.
