Excelhone Mfg is an ISO 9001: 2000, accredited mechanical engineering company in the small scale industrial sector. It specialises in deep hole drilling, counter boring and precision honing operations in all types of steel and stainless steel rounds. The company has facilities for ejector drilling as well as STS type of drilling. The capacity ranges from 40 mm ID to 300 mm ID and lengths up to 4 mtr on different types of steel catering to the needs of various industries. Besides deephole drilling, the company performs counter boring operations which cover the requirements of odd size boring at short notice for lengths above 2 mtr achieving close dimensional tolerances and straightness (50 microns per metre or better). Besides, this core-competence, the company also undertakes manufacturing of custom built hydraulic cylinders as per drawings/samples and also carry out extensive and comprehensive reconditioning/upgradation of all types of hydraulic cylinders (including those of vintage design) and telescopic as well as extra long cylinders. It has developed expertise in the field of manufacture and supply of hydraulic cylinder tubes to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Commercially, these tubes are very cost effective and well accepted in the market from the quality point of view.
