Prakash Engitech Pvt. Ltd offers All Geared Auto Feed Pillar Drilling Machine (P40AA) are the new version of 40mm All geared Auto feed Pillar Drill Machine. Available with a gearbox of 9 speed with all 9 gears of NiCr Steel, hardened up to 50 HRC, these machines have precision parts made of EN-8 steel. The diameter of RAM is 78 mm and the machine measurement is of 880 x 675 x 1850mm that renders an auto feed range of 0.05 & 0.09 mm per revolution.

- All the gears are supported through good quality bearings instead of bushes
- Oil bath gear box and hardened gears give very long life to the machines
- Autofeed gears are also hardened
- For extra rigidity & stability machine base is reinforced by ribs
- Octagonal shape Pillar bracket acts like rib providing more rigidity
- Available with six spline and supported through taper roller bearings to withstand thrust load
- Drive to the spindle is through six splined sleeve inside
- The RAM is made from special alloy steel pipe of more thickness
