Shot Blasting Machines

Surface Finishing Equipment offers Shot Blasting Machines, Multi Table Type. These machines are suitable for small to medium size of components. They have 4 satellite tables, each of size 500 mm dia. These tables are mounted on mother table. The operators stand at window of the machines and can conveniently load/unload/turn the components on the table. The machines are continuously operated type, hence highly productive. The cabinet of the machines are lined with alloy steel liners and the abrasive recycling system consists of screw conveyor, bucket elevator and hopper and an effective abrasive separation and dust collection systems are provided, which ensures the continuous removal of sand/scale/dust and broken pellets from the abrasive in circulation. A powerful blast wheel is mounted strategically on the roof of cabinet, which throws abrasives on the satellite table. These machines can be used for shot blasting as well as shot peening application. Sequences of operation of the machines are controlled by a PLC.
