Shot Blasting Machine (Swing Table Type)

Surface Finishing Equipment Co offers an airless shot blasting machine having a combination of swing table and rotary drum. The table is meant for flat and medium size components while the drum can be used for cleaning and peening of small size components in batch. This combination ensures cleaning or peening of components at optimum cost. The machine is available in three capacities. The cabinet of the machine is equipped with a high performance blast wheel mounted on its roof. The cabinet is lined with various types of liners. The abrasive recycling system consists of a screw conveyor, bucket elevator and a spacious hopper. An effective abrasive separator and dust collection system is provided which ensures the continuous removal of sand, scale, dust and broken pellets from the abrasives in circulation. Abrasive replenishing system is also provided as an optional accessory. This system maintains constant supply of abrasives into the wheel unit. An abrasive flow metering device is also provided which ensures right quantity of abrasives for every job hence reducing the wasteful consumption of abrasives. The company also provides rotary screen separator, automatic operation sequence control system and automatic time control as optional accessories. The machine can be used for shot peening applications. A shot peening intensity measurement kit comprising an Almen gauge, Almen strip A and C, and a strip holder is also available.
