Mf inverter power source for welding

Auto Spatz medium frequency inverter power source will now be manufactured in India by Arm Products, in technical collaboration with Matuschek Messtechnik, Germany. This will be integrated with Arm Products" spot welding machines and also marketed as independent units. Auto Spatz MF inverter power source is high performance cost effective DC power supply with welding current range of 2 to 20 kA. It is especially designed to meet the demands of mass production with high number of parts. Features: welding operation is feedback controlled; weld parameter monitoring; control process takes place quickly based on 1000 Hz inverter frequency; actual values are compared every 0.5 ms; adaptive master control process, constant current control, constant power control, constant voltage controls are provided; number of programmes - 63; welding impulses/program - 16; interfaces with BG - 02, Masdat, RS 232, Profibus - DP, Ethernet; mains voltage - 3-phase 400-500 V, 50/60 Hz; maximum power - 150 kVA with 400 V; nominal power - 90 kVA with 50% duty cycle, 400 V; output voltage - 500 V/1000 Hz; output current - 350 A; type of protection - IP 20.
