Oil Lubricating Systems

Cenlub Industries offers Oil Lubricating System. In this system, small quantity of lubricant projected in a low-pressure airflow in the tool-material contact zone has proved to be able to develop a highly effective lubricating and cooling function. This is achieved with the aid of a volumetric micro pump, which injects the oil through a capillary tube as far as the end nozzle. The low-pressure air transported in a second tube, coaxial to the first, also reaches the nozzle at the same time. The lubricant carried in the airflow, which acts as the vector, is atomised and projected into the required area by a directed jet without generating pollutant fumes. This is a combination between the minimum lubrication, resulting from the projection of the oil, and the cooling generated by the low-pressure air.
