Oil Circulatory System

Cenlub Industries Limited ventured into the field of Oil Circulatory Systems (industry name lube oil systems/consoles) in the year 2004. The company has faired well in this field and has bagged various orders including from MNCs for exports as well. The application is in steel industry, power sector, paper machinery, cement plants, etc. The oil circulatory system works on circulation principle. The oil, which lubricates the bearing/gearbox, comes back to the tank of this system by gravity. The product guarantees the required flow of forced lube oil at bearing/gearbox/lubricating point. This product has built-in heat exchangers to disperse the heat, which the return oil carries. Filters are provided at returns/pump suctions/pump deliveries and fine filtrations up to the level of 10/5/1 microns can be achieved. Various process parameters like flow/pressure/temperatures can be measured on line and the same can be inter-locked with the control room on Profibus interfaces/HART, etc. Considering the criticality of the applications, the components are taken in twin configuration, i.e., 1 working and 1 stand-by. Auto changeovers can also be achieved using switches/transmitters/transducers. The pipelines shall be carbon steel seamless or stainless steel seamless as required by the application. Depending on the requirements, the same system can have built in jacking system for pressures up to 800 bars.
