PCB Protection Spray, IT-1084 is used for moisture/contaminants to prevent short circuit and corrosion of conductors/solder joints. These must also be shielded against static electric discharge. Setting up a thin uniform layer on the PCB surface and insulating it against the weather hazards, IT-1084 sets up a high quality flexible transparent. The coating gives a total protection against the attack of dust/dirt, moisture, water vapors and corrosion. The coating is applied as a very thin layer by spray/brush on PCB’s after the assembly which dries completely within 2-3 minutes. Its available in convenient 500 aerosol cans, it is available through the distributors located at most of the industrial towns in country.
IT-1084 is used extensively by UPS, electronics, instrumentation, electric control panel boards, electrical and electronics components industry.
