HEPA High Temperature Filter is constructed by pleating a continuous sheet of special grade water-resistant fibreglass media around hemmed-edge corrugated aluminium separators. The frame is made from grade 304 stainless steel with a high temperature silicone sealant rated for 260ºC or a glass pack sealant rated for 540ºC in exhaust applications. A woven gasket is provided to seal the filter to the mounting device. These filters are available in the range of: MERV – 16-20; EN 1822 – H 10-H 14; Eurovent 4/5 – EU 10- EU 14; and IEST RP CC 001.3 – A, B, C, D.
- It is used for air filtration applications involving temperatures > 100ºC up to 260ºC for air supply and up to 540ºC for exhaust air
- All filters in ranges H 10 onwards are offered in all the classifications stipulated by IES-RP - CC001.3, regarding criticality of application and stringency of testing
- Available in standard and customized sizes
