Compact Electro Air Filter To Suck Oil Containing Exhausts From Machines

LTS-Aerotron GmbH has developed an electro filter to suck away oil cloud, oil smoke or acqueous emulsions arising from industrial processes. It is designed for a simple, and also subsequent, assembly to automatic lathes as well as milling and grinding machines. The throughput is 1,100 m3/hour air. The air pollutants arising due to evaporation of the cooling lubricant during processing are sucked away at the place of their origin. A novelty of the filter is the separately aerated insulators which are constantly washed by dry air to avoid leakage currents and short circuits.
