Vizag Filters manufactures Coalescing Filters. It is used to remove entrained oil, water mist, other liquids and solid particles efficiently from compressed air, natural gas and other gas streams. If it is used within its rated design conditions, an efficiency of 99.9% on 0.3 micron aerosols is achieved. The convoluted design provides a much larger surface area than conventional elements, which result in low-pressure drop, high efficiency, high dust holding capacity and extended service life. The coalescing element consists of multiple layers of borosilicate glass media and a pre filter layer supported by screen both upstream and downstream side and plated for maximum extended surface area.
