Diamond Engg Works offers Diamond Dew brand safety relief valves with outstanding features like stainless steel disc noz-zles and accurate guide for safety and reliable operation.Guide surface is situated above disc and is not exposed directly to the fluid. This system also eliminates obstruction in the ori-fice. The valves are provided with adjustable ring for adjustment of blow-down pressure in air/gas application. For zero leak test, the valves are provided with special seating applicable up to 10 kg/cm2 and 250(C temperature. Valves are also supplied with lifting lever, and test gauge suitable to service. Set pressure range is up to 77kg/cm2 for sizes 1/4"to 6"with inlet flange ends ANSI 150# to 600# and set pressure up to 150 kg/cm2 for sizes 1/4"to 1-1/2"with inlet screwed connection NPT/BSP. Body material is of carbon steel, stainless steel cast steel or gun metal with standard stainless steel trim. These safety valves are also manufactured to meet ASME code Sec VIII. The dimensions, orifice and pressure temperature limits are as per API 526 stan-dard. Higher pressure and severe service safety-relief valves are also available upon request.
