Innotech Auto India is a manufacturer of upset forgings and closed die precision forgings. The product range of the company includes engine valves, tappet forgings, link injector plunger, hex and special bolts, output shafts, drive shafts, transmission shafts, Banjo bolts, studs, sliders, etc. The products are made at the well equipped manufacturing infrastructure of the company with emphasis on quality. Catering to clients like Eaton Corporation and Sandvik Asia, the engine valve (forgings) the company manufactures, find use in internal combustion engines. Subject to both thermal and mechanical loads, the later being applied by the springs and actuating gear, Valves play a critical role in the working of an internal combustion engine. They bear severe loads, and are probably the only component of an engine that is the most heavily loaded. Valves, especially exhaust valves, which aid the exit of spent charge from the combustion chamber, operate at very high temperature up to 800ºC.
