Electrode Stabilising Ovens

Gullco International?s series of electrode stabilising ovens come with several unmatched features. These include: prevents electrode waste, improves welds; ensures consistent physical properties and X-ray quality welds; and eliminates the risk of costly rework and rejects with either compact in-shop models or portable models. The portables are lightweight, easy to load and provide low cost electrode protection from moisture in the shop or in the field. Operating costs are reduced by providing welding operators with fast access to electrodes at the point-of-work. The in-shop models feature compact modular design for stacking and controls are recessed for protection. The oven is fully insulated to prevent heat loss and the shelves are easily removed to accommodate large size loads.
