Diaflow Valves offers range of moulded polypropylene butterfly valves for corrosive chemicals. These low cost, light weight and compact valves are available in sizes 80 mm (3), 100 mm (4) and 150 mm (6). Features: pressure rating - 7.5 kg/cm?; flanges - as per ASA 150; body and disc - solid injection moulded polypropylene; low pressure drop due to wafer type disc; requires 90? turn for full open or to close; V notch retention designed liner provides positive sealing of liner to the body; and elastomer liners available in neoprene, hypalon and EPDM. Areas of application: chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries, effluent treatment plants, steel industries (cold rolling and pickling lines), metal finishing industries, pulp and paper industries, caustic and chlorine industries, etc.
