KF Series quick clean hygiene screw pumps have applications in: fruit pulp, fruit juice, honey, condensed milk, butter oil, glucose, cream, curd, yeast, ice cream, pharmaceutical formulations, syrup, malt extract, etc. These are available in: capacity – 150 m3/hr; pressure – 36 bar; temperature – 200ºC; and viscosity – 10,00,000. Features: hygienic design pump with all metal parts in contact with liquid in smooth SS and stator of non-contamination rubber; seamless body eliminating product retaining pockets; shaft sealing by food grade soft gland packing/mechanical seal; and IDF/SMS/Triclover/ equivalent end connections.
