Oil Circulating Systems

Cendrop Multilub System has developed an Oil Circulating System (OCS) which is best suited for paper industries, steel plants, sugar plants, etc. Construction: In OCS, the company uses a gear pump/screw pump for discharge up to 500 LPM, driven by an electric motor. The pump is connected with a reservoir. The reservoir capacity depends on the pump discharge. Accessories like in line filter, cooler and other controls with the gauge fitted by standard tubings and fittings are mounted on a skid. Working: In OCS, the oil is sucked from reservoir with the help of pump and ejected on lubrication point. Through filter and cooler, the oil is returned in the reservoir by the returning line. Before pushing the oil again, it should be clean with normal temperature.
