Rotary Gear Pumps are used for positive displacement of Lubricating Oils, Diesel, Kerosene Oil, Transformer Oil, Edible Oils, Juices, Syrups Paints, Varnishes, and Fatty Acids etc.
Construction-The design of Rotary Gear Pump is robust and sturdy. Only tested materials are used to ensure long life of the pump. The body and the cover are made from closed grained C. I. & C.S.Castings. Gear materials are EN-19 steel. Gears are helical and double-helical type. Gears are cut on precision gear hobbing machine with close tolerances for soundless operation. Gears and shafts are heat treated to obtain hardness up to 50 to 55 RC to minimise wear and tear and ground to close tolerances for smooth running. Superior seals are used to make the pump leak proof while running.
Rotary Gear Pump are used in major industries like Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Thermal Power Plants and Sugar Plants etc. for circulation of lube oil for large gear boxes, lubrication of ID and FD fan bearings and turbines etc. These are also used in Oil Storage Plants, Soap and Detergent Plants, Paint and Varnish Plants, Chemical Factories. Vegetable Oil Mills, cattle Feed Plants and also for Pressurisation of Hydraulic equipment, Prejacking and fuel oil atomising etc.
