In order to increase the pressure capacity of CDL/CDLF series a specially designed CDH pump is kept in series along with CDLF pump. CDLF+CDH series pumps together can achieve pressure up to 48 bar. CDH pump is specially designed to withstand higher inlet pressure up to 25 bar. In comparison to conventional reciprocating pump, CDLF+CDH series is very energy efficient and ensures trouble free operation. CDH pump can also be used without CDLF pump where inlet pressure is very high. Typically in zero discharge systems for reject recycling application CDH in SS316 can be huge advantage as it reduces the energy requirement to a great extent. Performance range: flow range (Q) – 0.4~55.0 m3/hr; delivery head – max 48 bar; liquid temperature – -15°C~+120°C; voltage – 380-415 V; and materials of construction – SS-304 and SS-316.
