Rotary Gear Monoblock Pump

Fluid Tech Systems manufactures Rotary Gear Monoblock Pumps, Model FTMB, under the brand name “Rotofluid”. This pump is designed for internal combustion engine of higher rating, which needs an external lube oil priming pump to facilitate lubrication of engine moving parts. Prior to starting a portable filling pump is also required to fill up the engine sump from oil barrels. The company manufactures gear pumps from 1993 and has developed a new version of efficient compact and absolutely leak proof pump in monoblock design integrated shaft for this application. The previous coupled version standardised on Cummins saves 35% on space and 50% on power, thanks to the hob cut alloy steel gear impeller used in this pump for long life of the same. These pumps are available in ½”, ¾” and 1” sizes with capacity of 15, 25, 35 and 50 LPM and motor rating of 0.5HP, 1.0 HP and 2.0 HP. The pump is provided with a built-in relief valve set at 7 kg/cm² and maximum pressure 10 kg/cm². A simply sturdy trolley with suction and discharge hose can be provided.
