Liquid Filling Machine

The United Engineering Company offers an automatic volumetric Liquid Filling Machine, Model United BF-6. Empty washed bottles are fed from the turntable to the feeding conveyor of the filling machine. The bottles are stopped by a mechanical arrangement on the conveyor just below the SS filling nozzles. The bottles are centred by the centring cups and the nozzles come down and fill a pre-adjusted volume of liquid in the bottles. A preset volume of liquid is drawn from a low level intermediate tank into the SS syringe pumps and the liquid is discharged into the bottles through SS filling nozzles. The company is known as the pioneer of injectable and bottling machinery in the world of pharmaceuticals. It manufactures total packaging range of machinery in different models for small volume parental for ampoules and vials, fully automatic and semi-automatic range for bottling section. The company was established in the year 1963 and is well known for developing pharmaceutical machinery specially for injectable (small volume and large volume) and liquid oral, having succeeded in perfecting these products.
