Heavy Duty Gear Pumps

ANI Engineers are one of the indigenous manufacturers of gear pumps in India. The pumps are sold under the band name Anivarya, are familiar in the industry for pumping and transfer of viscous liquids, petroleum products and corrosive chemicals, etc. These pumps are made in cast iron and stainless steel construction. The company has developed modified version gear pumps, Anex Series, useful for pumping and transfer of heavy fuel oils like FO, LSHS, HSD, LDO crude petroleum, wax slurries, starch solutions, glue, etc. The standard construction of pump is in cast iron with optional availability in cast steel, stainless steel, etc. The pump is available in capacity range of 0.5 m3/hr to 125 m3/hr in sizes from œ"to 6". The normal range of pressure is 12 kg/cm² and viscosity is 5000 CST. The company also makes simple design cast iron gear pumps for general purpose oil transfer, flange mounted pumps specially developed for OEMs and investment cast stainless steel pump for handling corrosive chemicals, acids, dyes, food products, etc.
