Flow Control Industries manufactures food grade centrifugal pumps in various models with capacities up to 600 LPM, All contact parts of these pumps are fabricated from SS 316 quality stainless steel, free from sharp corners. Clean-In-Place (CIP) design service ensures cleaning of all product contact areas without dismantling the pump. Mechanical locks and clamps without tapping and threading secure complete pump. Total pump can be dismantled and assembled within seconds with the use of any tools. Compact and sturdy monoblock design maintains rigid assembly between casing and motor. The pump has adaptor and casing in perfect alignment. Externally mounted balanced mechanical seal improves pump efficiency and ensures minimum wear and tear. These pumps are available with heads up to 60 m and are suitable for pressures up to 6 kg/cm?. Application: Pharma, dairy, beverage, food, mineral water, cosmetics and chemical industries.
